fantastic party venue!
dance floor buffet food hot meal
i found the hotel had reopened after refurbishment. it was perfect for our party, including space for a dj and dance floor. the hotel catered for us with a hot meal and buffet. the food was beautifully done and everyone enjoyed it.
some upgrades are still in progress at the hotel. continued refurbishment will definitely .

the hotel is conveniently situated. it provided an accessible venue near local amenities and attractions. the proximity to the seafront made exploring the area very easy for all our guests.

the staff was amazing and accommodated all our needs. they put on extra staff behind the bar for our busy event. zoe helped us with anything we needed and provided personal touches in our room.

our room was lovely and warm with everything we needed. it included a lovely sea view. the function room was perfect with space for entertainment and mingling. the breakfast was also very good!!!

Excellent Stay Near the Sea
convenient location friendly staff
I found the location to be quite advantageous. The hotel is a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff members are helpful and friendly. They accommodated my requests with ease. The bed was comfortable. Good pillows were provided ensuring restful sleep.
I was surprised to find that parking incurred an additional charge upon arrival. The cost for parking could be integrated into the room rate for clarity. The overnight fee seemed unexpected given the initial information available.

a fairly standard stay
friendly staff perfect location needed update appalling finish
the staff were very friendly. They are ever ready to help. I appreciated the convenient location. it was walking distance to the seafront.
the hotel needs updating. the paint work finish is appalling. i saw that the wallpaper is already peeling off in places. the corridors need a freshen up with new paint.

missing soap inadequate setting
the room was not properly prepared. upon arrival, i discovered there was no soap in the shower dispenser. i had to request multiple items during breakfast as the table was not set adequately. this included drinks and salt.

overall disappointment slamming door
i had issues with cleanliness. there was quite a bit of rubbish under the bed and the door had to be slammed shut. the sea view was lovely. but the overall experience was disappointing, and i wouldn't rush back.
